$300.00 cleaning/security deposit required.

MAXIMUM number of persons allowable is 6.

$400.00 per night flat rate for all applicable holidays.

Rates subject to 10% Mariposa County Bed Tax.

To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $300.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleanness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and no smoking and no pets policy.

This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS facility! If you smoke in or around the rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $300.00 deposit.

Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we charge 100%, unless rebooked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee.

If you make a reservation within 7 days of arrival, we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation policy rules apply.

If a reservation is cancelled at any time, the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds take 7 to 10 business days to credit back to your account.

Sorry, no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, including weather and early check-outs.
